A Simple Wedding Officiant will perform your ceremony at the date, place and time agreed upon and set forth above. It is
understood that time is of the essence and therefore we schedule our time according to the starting time for the ceremony, which
you provide to us. We try to arrive one half hour prior to that time and we allow one hour from that time to perform the ceremony
and take care of any paperwork which may be required.
If the ceremony is more than one half hour late in starting there will be an additional fee which will be payable prior to the
beginning of the ceremony.
We apologize for the need to do this but too many people tend to run very late and many times we have another event which we
must attend.
Be sure to Submit this form before going to the Credit Card section. Also if the
name on the credit card is other than the bride & groom please make note of it
on the form. Thank you
A deposit of $50.00 (non-refundable) is required to reserve a date and time. To pay by credit card click below and
enter $50.00 in the amount box of the charge form. The balance is due in cash the day of the ceremony. To send
a check or money order use the mail in form. DO NOT SUBMIT CREDIT CARD INFO MORE THAN ONCE. CALL

Payment of Balance Due
The balance due will be due, in cash, (CHECKS NOT ACCEPTED)
Please have your license and payment ready to present to Officiant prior to the wedding ceremony.
Scheduled Start Time
Officiant will arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled start time. If  wedding starts more than 30 minutes
late there will be an additional charge of $25.00 for each 30 minutes or portion thereof.
I'm sorry to have to do this but we are on a schedule so please schedule accordingly.
